What Exactly is Clean Eating?

Two years auntitledgo I had not even the faintest clue what clean eating was. For all I knew it meant that you made sure your food was clean before you ate it! I was first introduced to the concept of clean eating when I began the 21 Day Fix in April of 2014.  I’m still learning some of the finer details but the basics have completely transformed my health and I LOVE it!  Even being 32 weeks pregnant I feel amazing (most days) because I am putting good food in my body and exercising regularly.  And when YOU feel amazing you just can’t help but pass that on to others!

From June 13 to June 17 I will be hosting my monthly FREE 5 Day Intro to Clean Eating Group!  There is no purchase required to join this group; it is simply me sharing the basics of what I have learned about clean eating over the last 2 years as well as some of my favorite recipes and tips to make this a lifestyle and get your family on board too!
