I could not be more excited that a NEW at home fitness program from Beachbody, Core De Force, just launched last week! I have been in a bit of a rut since having Harlyn at the end of July and I’m excited to try something new to kick my results up a notch! If I’m being honest I kind of lost my way a bit during my pregnancy and in the 3 months since giving birth and I have found myself falling back into some old habits. I don’t know about you but for me sometimes I just need to switch up my routine. So I am super excited to try something new, build some momentum and get some results heading into the holiday season! I had the chance to sample this workout before it’s official release and I have no doubt I will see results quickly. I was dripping with sweat in just 30 minutes and was sore the next day! My plan is to complete 2 rounds of this program to take me all the way through the holidays and then start a new program after New Years.

Who is Core De Force For?
ANYONE!! If you are a beginner this program has a modifier. If you are beginner, intermediate or advanced this is a great program to help you tighten up your midsection and sculpt your entire body. Also, anyone looking to get results FAST will love this program! With the high-energy mixture of combinations, bodyweight training and cardio you can be in great shape in just 30 days.
This is also a great program for those on a budget since no additional equipment is required. You just need YOU! That also means this program can easily be done while traveling.
So What is Core De Force?
Core De Force is a 30 day total body transformation workout created by Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews (also a new Momma!). It’s the ultimate mixed martial arts-inspired (MMA) workout that will knock out the belly fat and help slash inches off your entire body—no equipment required.
Don’t have any experience with MMA-style workouts? No worries! I don’t either! All of the moves are broken down so you can learn them prior to putting them into action. You’ll use the moves you learn (Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai knee-elbow combinations, bodyweight training, and cardio spikes) in 3-minute “rounds” designed to help you lose the belly and shred body fat. Just hit it hard for 3 minutes at a time and before you know it, you’ll be done!
What Does the Meal Plan Look Like?
This Eating Plan keeps things simple with grocery lists and recipes so figuring out what to eat is never a battle. There’s even a nutrition strategy that lets you eat more—to fire up your metabolism—for the best possible 30-day transformation.
You’ll get color coded portion control containers to help make things simple and stay on track. It is ESSENTIAL that you follow the nutrition plan and are committed to it for the 30 days in order to get the results you want. The meal plan was designed not only to get yoru results but also to ensure you have the energy to crush your workout each day. I can tell you from experience that the food you put in your body is responsible for majority of your results. Typically you can expect 80% of your results to come from your nutrition if you are 100% committed.
When you join my group we will walk through the meal plan together. I’ll share my meal plan and help you plan yours as well.
What Do I Get When I Order?
There are several different options for ordering: a challenge pack, base kit or deluxe kit. I recommend everyone start with the Challenge Pack because it is the most well-rounded option available. So What Is this Private Test Group All About?
Having the support and accountability of others is probably THE MOST CRUCIAL part of starting any new fitness routine. Have you ever started a new gym routine or bought some workout DVDs only to never go or never even open the package? I certainly have! I can’t tell you how many gym memberships I have signed up and rarely used; it was too easy to make an excuse to skip it because who would even know? When I joined my first accountability group with my Coach 2 years ago I found the missing link: support and accountability from others.
All participants check into the group each day with their workout and nutrition. I will also be posting motivation, recipes and tips to help us stay on track through the holidays!
